Here’s how to reach Amazon Device Customer Support

1. Click the link: https://www.amazon.com/help/contactus


2. Sign in to the Amazon account linked to your Echo device


3. Select "Digital Content and Services"



4. In the 3 dropdowns, select "Alexa Voice Services" > "Echo Devices" > Setup or Change Device Settings



5. Select Phone or Chat for contact.
